7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be detailed in your service agreement. Generally:

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event may receive a partial refund
  • Cancellations made 30-60 days before the event may forfeit the deposit
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may be subject to full payment
